      Tier Information and Enterprise Resources, Inc. (affiliate not-for-profit corp. of STERPDB)

      STERPDB serves communities in the Southern Tier (including Delaware County). TIER Inc. offers financial assistance to small business. STERPDB provides planning and economic development assistance, packaging federal/state programs including the Appalachian Regional Commission Area Development Program Grants for projects aiding job creation/retention.
