Mary Beth Silano joined the Chamber in 1995. She directs the Chamber's overall operation, leads the organization's efforts to carry out its mission, and develops external relationships beneficial to business and community advancement.
Mary Beth also continues to serve in the capacity of Membership Director.

Tourism Director
Patty Cullen

Patty Cullen is responsible for overseeing the "I Love New York" Matching Funds program and for promoting attractions and destinations within Delaware County. Patty is also Delaware County's liaison for the Catskill Association for Tourism Services, which represents Delaware, Greene, Sullivan and Ulster counties, and works to promote the entire Catskill Mountain Region as a travel and vacation destination.

Denise is responsible for maintaining the financial records for the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Denise also assists the Executive Director along with the Board of Directors Finance Committee in the compilation of data to be used in the preparation of the Chamber's budget and assists in monitoring expenditures.

Betty McIntosh

As front-line staff, Betty answers telephones and processes requests for information, sorts and distributes mail, ensures adequate supplies of promotional materials in open displays, and greets members and the general public. Betty also assist all staff members with special projects.
