Amy Warner is the Executive Director of the A. Lindsay & Olive B. O’Connor Foundation. Originally from DeLancey, Amy spent much of her life throughout the Northeast and abroad. She and her husband (a Delhi native) returned to Delhi in 2013. They now reside in Meredith with their three children. With a degree in Non-Profit Business Management from Boston University, Amy’s career has focused on fundraising development for nonprofits and grantmaking through philanthropic organizations. Additionally, Amy sits on the board of the Delhi Campus Child Care Center (DC4).

DREW PROCHAZKA
Beaver Mountain Log & Cedar Homes

Every day, as our Business Manager, Drew leverages his more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing and business management. As well as being responsible for accounting and human resources, he acts as our IT Coordinator, Database Programmer, and oversees Beaver Mountain’s website, blog, and social media presence. Drew spends countless hours researching the best insurance companies, employee benefits packages, and energy-saving programs that will ensure our company is running as efficiently as possible.
Having been with Beaver Mountain for more than 18 years, he’s had many opportunities to bring his education, an Associate’s Degree in Architecture, into play and get involved with design and production aspects of the business. He enjoys maintaining and managing the kiln-drying of our cant stock (a sawmilling term that refers to a partially sawn log edged on one or more sides). This activity requires numerous trips to the kilns to measure the moisture level in the cants during the drying process.

KELSEY HULL 
Maragaretville Telephone Company

Kelsey Hull is a Business Account Representative at Margaretville Telephone Company. She is a lifetime Margaretville native who graduated from SUNY Delhi with a degree in applied science. After graduating from college Kelsey began working with the community and developing relationships in line with her passion of helping others. In 2019, Kelsey began to raise her niece and nephew which encouraged her to become more involved in the local community and leading so she joined the Chamber’s Leaderful Delaware program in 2020. Since then, she has been encouraging others of all ages to become more involved in local events and supporting local businesses.

SETH WILDENSTEIN
UHS Delaware Valley Hospital

Seth Wildenstein is a lifelong resident of Walton. He is a regent’s diploma graduate of Walton Central School and obtained his AAS in Business Administration from Herkimer Community College where he was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Currently he is the Director of Facility Planning at UHS Delaware Valley Hospital overseeing Bio Medical, Maintenance and Facility Planning, focusing on the Medical Neighborhood expansion project. In addition, he is also a member of the Sr. Management Council and one of the nine Administrators on Call. He is a certified instructor for HAZWOPER First Receiver Operations Level DECON and NYS Office of Mental Health Psychological First Aid.
Seth spent 25 years in the family retail/wholesale florist and greenhouse small business, so he is familiar with the challenges faced by small business owners in Delaware County and New York State. During this time, he served on the Florist’s Transworld Delivery (FTD) District 1-L Board as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman and Chairman and District Representative who was responsible for inspecting FTD applicant flower shops within the District.
Following in his parents’ footsteps, civic activities have included 22 years of service with the Walton Fire Department and Emergency Squad where he has served in several support and leadership roles and as a member of the Central New York Firemen’s Association Audit Committee.
As a parent of two sons, Seth was a Board Member of the Walton Nursery School, Den Leader and Committee Member of Cub Scout Pack 45 and Committee Member of Boy Scout Troop 45, as well as PTA and Building Level Team Member of Townsend Elementary and Walton Middle School.
Currently Seth serves as Vice-Chair of the Village of Walton Planning Board.

CAITLIN BARTLETT
SUNY Delhi

Caitlin Bartlett is a proud Delaware County native, born and raised in the community she still calls home. Currently residing in Walton, Caitlin was homeschooled through high school before continuing her education at SUNY Delhi, where she earned an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Resort Management.
Her career path has taken her from managing small businesses to serving her alma mater as an Events Coordinator. She now holds the position of Assistant Director of SUNY Delhi’s Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development, where she contributes to advancing opportunities for students and the community alike.
Deeply rooted in her love for Delaware County, Caitlin is dedicated to celebrating the region’s strengths, welcoming new and returning visitors, and ensuring its vitality for generations to come.

JOHN GASSTROM
Delaware County Electric Cooperative

A native New Yorker, Gasstrom was raised on a dairy farm in Herkimer County. He obtained his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (MA) and his M.B.A. in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix (AZ). John has worked in various roles for NYSEG in Binghamton & Ithaca, NY (1991-2002) and for Georgia System Operations Corporation in Tucker, GA (2002-2019). He was the CEO of Indiana Electric Cooperatives in Indianapolis (2019-2022) and has taken the reins as CEO & General Manager of Delaware County Electric Cooperative (DCEC) as of August 2022.
John has done project work for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and has served on national level committees and working groups representing rural electric cooperatives in the areas of cyber security and electric reliability. Gasstrom currently resides in Bovina Center and is passionate about rural life and helping create a “quality of place” for small communities. In his spare time, he enjoys making wine and sharing his creations with friends and family.

United Way of Mid Rural New York

Elizabeth Monaco has been the Executive Director and Chief Professional Officer of the United Way of Mid Rural New York in Norwich, NY since 2023, which is the merged United Way of Delaware, Otsego, Madison and Chenango Counties. Prior to the merger, she was the Executive Director of the Chenango United Way for 24 years.
Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science/Pre-Law from SUNY Oneonta and a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Binghamton University. Academic honors have included the Department of Public Administration Alpha Award presented for outstanding student performance, service and leadership (2009 recipient). Professional honors have included the 2013 Young Professional of the Year Award from Commerce Chenango, the 2009 Non-Profit Organization of the Year award from the Chenango County Chamber of Commerce, 2003 Woman of Excellence Award from the Business and Professional Women’s Club and participation in the class of 2000 Leadership Chenango Class.
Elizabeth has served on the boards of several community organizations, including three terms on the United Way of NYS Board of Directors, two terms on the Community Advisory Board of The Upstate Institute at Colgate University. She currently serves on the Board of the Delaware County Business Alliance and on the Board of Directors for Sidney Federal Credit Union.
She lives with her husband, Frank, and their son, Joey, in South New Berlin. Elizabeth enjoys cooking, kayaking and traveling with her family in her spare time.

Florencio Navarro started FNBC Corporation, a professional cleaning service, in 1987, soon after arriving in New York from his native Peru. His goals were to create more jobs for his family, have equal pay for the fellow immigrants of the city, and educate the public on the best cleaning and maintenance practices. Whatever the task that is needed, Florencio seeks to have a solution. He wants to make a difference in people’s lives through services for his clients and, in turn, their clients. Florencio relocated his three businesses to Margaretville a few years ago and carried those principles of service to his new community. Since moving to Margaretville Florencio has opened a new buisness to focus on Residential Construction, FNBC Construction CORP.
Also in Margaretville, Florencio and his wife opened Naynu Shop Of The Mother Earth, selling clothing and home decoration items.

Ken Prestidge is the Public Affairs Specialist with Delhi Telephone Company. His role is to represent and promote the Delhi Telephone Company to the public in a way that garners public trust, confidence, and promotes growth in DTC as well as the communities served.
Ken’s greatest goal is to help community members meet their communication needs with quality service and sound business practices. A growing community is a great community to call home.
Ken was born and raised in Delaware County and was fortunate to have the chance to go out and see the world before returning to his family farm. He graduated from Walton Central School and soon after enlisted in the US Navy, Submarine Services. After many years in the service, Ken worked for GE Capital Services based in Florida. About twenty

Jacob Sackett graduated from Delaware Academy in 2011, going on to study Sustainable Agriculture at Cornell University. He later attended Boston College Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate. Jacob returned to Delaware County where he now practices law, with an emphasis on real estate, estate planning, and matrimonials. In addition to his legal practice, Jacob and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Starks, are co-owners of Bovina Farm and Fermentory, a small permaculture farm and market.

Josiah Brown, or the New York Sherpa as he is called, is the President/CEO of Famous Destination Marketing and the
founder of New York Sherpa Training and Consulting.
